My car check engine light came on and I made a service appointment for that and an oil change to be done at the same time. My dealership is about 140 miles round trip for me from my home and I have to plan accordingly when making these trips. My service specialist (Brad) is very professional and I feel he really cares about the saftey of me and my car. He makes it seem almost effortless, you hand him your keys and he takes it from there. He gives you up dates on the work to your vehicle as it is being done and contacts the extended warranty people and even sets up a loaner vehicle to be used if needed. Brad goes through your entire bill of service with you and answeres any questions and he does it all with a smile. I RECIEVED THE USUAL GREAT SERVICE ON MY 2011 VW SPORTWAGON. I WAS GREETED AS SOON AS I ARRIVED AT THE SERVICE BAY. MY VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE SERVICE AREA SHORTLY AFTER TO INSPECT FOR MY PROBLEM WHICH TURNED OUT THAT TH AIR COMPRESSOR WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. At first, I was not looking forward to car shopping. In my previous car-buying experiences, the used-car-salesman-stereotype seemed to be pretty accurate. I asked my friends and family if they could go with me so the salesmen didn't take advantage of me, a single woman. A friend of mine suggested I call Mark May at Zimbrick Volkswagen. I brought in my 2013 Passat for the New Vehicle Service Inspection. I was concerned that in the few times I've used it so far, I haven't seen any drainage from the AC Condensor Coil. The tech was able to remove an access panel and blow out the drain tube, and yesterday when the temperatures hit 80 here in WI, I did see some water drips under the car after driving home, so it looks like all is well!
